Tho it's the fifth day of new year but it's stil chinese new year! :)

HELLO JSSCO!How's your angpao collection going? Happy right? :D
All the goodies and andpaos! HAHA. However, while everyone of you indulge yourselves in this holiday season. LET'S GET BACK TO WORK! SYF IS COMING!!
WE MUST JIAYOU JIAYOU AND CONTINUE TO JIAYOU!! :D :D
Everyone must practice alot at home uh! We must remember what Mrwong said during combine practices and REMEMBER CLEARLY!! Those dynamics, intonation and stuffs! If everyone play their very own part, I'm sure JSSCO can get AT LEAST A GOLDDD! 金！！
Mayb even a COP! *WINK* I'm sure you all know what I mean uh! :D:D

Okay, for what I can recall of what mrwong said during combine practices:

Plucking section must improve on their 力度! Must play louder if not other instruments will cover th section. SO JIAYOU JIAYOU! Must everyday strum hardly on pillow! betterstill, to be more effective do it on th wall! I'm sure you all will be able to play as loud as th tiger roar!!
Also, must have more 默契 between th yangqins uh! haha. So you all should meet up everyday after school go eat lunch or during recess meet up! Then more gan qing btwn you all :D
中阮 sec twos must be more bravee !! Play loudly! No need to be scared alright!
JIAYOU JIAYOU PLUCKING SECTIONS!

String section must improve intonation!! Mayb can memorise the scores then can focus on th dots, so we wont miss th note and play it sharp or flat!! SO MEMORISE! :D Also, we must learn to listen th one another!! Dont always play deafly and go on your own beat own pitching when you know you are wrong! So must open our ears uh! Esp song of cicada th kuai ban must JIAYOU!! Esp gaohu, the beat uh. Alamak!! Must be focus okay! (:
Also, we must play more relax-ed! Try to sway and move your body more ~~ Dont be a STONEE OR ROCKS OR PEBBLES! swayyyyy!
Sec twos must jiayou okayyy! FOCUS IS THE KEY :)

Cello/Bass section was quite alright under mrlee's coaching! But the intonation til must improve!
Must work harder uh! Cause mrlee is really quite a good instructor. Tho he is really strict, many of you cried bcos of him but it's ALL FOR YOUR OWN GOOD! You will know then you will learn! So jiayou jiayou! Hope that all of th cellist and bassist (?) dont miss practices too often!
JIAYOU JIAYOU!

Woodwind section also must focus on intonation and practice moreee! Dizi must ding your qi to keep up your pitching. Must jiayou :D Gao yin sheng quite alright! Cause there wont be any pitching problems, haha. Suona!!! JIAYOUUUUUUUUUUU UHHHH! You all really play a very very important part , you know! Must practice and practice and practice! Keep your qi up , must focus on your pitching alright. Dont flat or sharp it! JIAYOU JIAYOU! 你们可以的! :)
Di yin sheng and zhong yin sheng must learn to focus more on th beats okay! you all are th main characters for th set piece! So do your best , show to others your very very best! JIAYOU!

Perc MUST PRACTICE , COME FOR PRACTICE EVERYTIME. And learn to count beats! Dont be too blur!

Well, that's about it for what I could rmb. NO OFFENCE OKAY! Just hope that this could remind all of you what mrwong said before and hope we could improve on!

The attire will be School Uniform. Please report to CO store at 10.30am. Please spread to other CO members performing tmr!

HAPPY 2009? Haha, very late greeting but still... I apologize for the lack of updates! Thank you to all who made the blog more alive by tagging at the tagboard :D

Okay, Chinese New Year is coming soon. This means HOLIDAYS, yay! However before that, we have CNY performance in school this coming friday (the day after tmr lol). Well, hopefully we will all do our best and perform well! Especially 喜洋洋 which is prone to screw-ups!

As for the attire for the perf... it's not decided yet. So sorry for the inconvenience caused. But I believe it will be confirmed latest by tomorrow? Don't worry, you'll be informed! :D

Also, those who are not performing don't be sad or depressed! (: POSITIVE THINKING! We know you all practiced very hard. There will still be future chances; your efforts will not be wasted.
